Phelps Baptist Church
OUR PASTOR
Pastor Bill Reigle believed on Jesus Christ as his Savior at a young age. After Bible College, he and his wife served in various ministries in a local church until the Lord called him to become the Pastor of Phelps Baptist Church in 2001. Here he continues to preach the word of God.
OUR CHURCH
Phelps Baptist Church was first named the Baptist Chapel of Vienna as a mission church of Melvin Hill Baptist Church. The building was constructed from cobblestones transported by ox cart from Lake Ontario in 1845. Later, the name was changed to Phelps Baptist Church after the village changed their name to Phelps. This church has pro-claimed the word of God to people in the community for over 169 years and continues to strive to Exalt Jesus Christ, Edify one another and Evangelize those who don't know Jesus as their Savior.
